Medical Examination

Dr. Jenna Kim is a private pilot and a physician designated by the FAA to perform Class 1, 2, and 3 medical examinations for pilots. She is also a HIMS-certified AME for managing those with conditions like depression/anxiety, history of DUI, and drug-related legal issues. Her clients come from all over Georgia and surroundings states including Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and North/South Carolinas.

Fee schedule: 

Typical medical exam (all classes): $180

Basic Med: $280

EKG testing: $50 -- as needed for first class certification

Complex medical exam: minimum $280 (history of ADHD, multiple medical issues, CACI)

HIMS initial evaluation: minimum $280 with additional flat fee for retainer

In-person, off-the-record consultation: $90

Lamination of certificate: $5 (only at KPDK location)

Completing MedXpress during appointment: $40 ​​​​​​​
